If you are new to Pilates then this is the class for you. You will learn the foundations of this fantastic exercise and we recommend attending these classes for a minimum of 6-8 weeks to really understand the foundations of the movements and to slowly build strength. You will improve your balance, co-ordination and flexibility as well as experience the powerful relaxation effects of the classes.
A gentle 55 minutes of level 1-3 exercises making use of some of the small equipment to increase the challenge occasionally!
Mixed Ability Mat
A class suitable for all levels of experience which is taught to allow clients to work at an appropriate level of difficulty for their ability.
A 55 minute class which may use small pieces of equipment to challenge or modify the exercises.
