Beginners Mat

If you are new to Pilates then this is the class for you. You will learn the foundations of this fantastic exercise and over a 6-12 week block slowly build strength, co-ordination and balance as well as experience the powerful relaxation effects.

A gentle hour of level 1-3 exercises making use of some of the small equipment to increase the challenge occasionally!
